Removable Core Heater

Immersion Heater Assembly containing Removable Core Heaters. Single or multiple U bent Heating Elements fixed into a step sided flange. Heater assembly slides into a Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel tube welded or bolted into a vessel with one closed end. The element transfers the heat to the heating tube by conduction and convection. Bung Heaters can be easily removed or replaced without requiring the tank to be drained (Oil Tanks, Bitumen Heaters, Food and Dairy, Pharmaceuticals, Aggressive Chemical Solutions, Liquids containing heavy suspended solids that may clog the space between the legs of a Standard FI Industrial Immersion Heater), The heater tubes are more easily cleaned within the vessel without damage to the heating elements.
